The Ultralight Carry was designed from the beginning to be the ultimate full-size carry pistol, as light as possible while maintaining shootability. The foundation is a fully machined aluminum frame for reduced weight. The Ultralight Carry is handcrafted with all the features imperative in a daily use pistol. It has a crisp 3.5-3.75 lb. trigger pull. To reduce the profile and improve comfort, Wilson incorporated a concealment beavertail grip safety, a round butt frame and carry cuts/ball endmill cuts on the slide. The slide stop post has been countersunk to allow the use of laser grips completing the features necessary in a concealed carry pistol. With these combined cuts, frame, and features, the Ultralight Carry is more than 0.5 lb lighter than a comparable steel frame pistol.
