The CMMG 16″ 9mm barrel and BCG kit allows you to build a pistol caliber carbine using CMMG’s Radial Delayed Blowback system. The RDB uses a bolt that is forced to rotate and unlock, essentially slowing the BCG. The results are a lighter rifle and less felt recoil than traditional blowback systems.
*NOTE: This barrel and bolt kit are designed to function in Mil-Spec AR-15 receivers with a modified ejection port like the MkG/MkGs upper, and most mil-spec AR15 lowers when used with 9 AR Conversion mags as well as the MkGs Mk17 and Mk9* lowers. Other manufacturers’ receivers may work, but function or reliability cannot be guaranteed.
