The Daniel Defense DD5 V7 uses the foundation of Daniel Defense’s 7.62 AR-platform rifles. This highly accurate and durable rifle includes an adjustable gas block for a tunable setting for suppressed or unsuppressed use. A perfected bolt carrier group reduces recoil impulse and is easily maintained in any conditions. A cold hammer forged barrel is mated to the receiver with an innovative 4 bolt connection system, which increases the contact surface for increased rigidity and stability. The Daniel Defense DD5 V7 uses upgraded controls and is fully ambidextrous.

Factory CA Version includes an installed Patriot Mag Release fixed magazine device and easy pull rear takedown pin. This device requires the user to disable the action to engage the magazine release.
