Description

The Ohio Ordnance Works(OOW) M240-SLR is dimensionally identical to the M240 and offers MOA accuracy, high-capacity and proven durability. The M240-SLR differs from the M240 machinegun is the SLR’s closed-bolt operation and many internal components have been redesigned.
The advantage of the closed-bolt operation is added accuracy combined with controllability with large ammunition capacity. The bolt and trigger group is not interchangeable with the original M240, the redesigned internal parts are manufactured by OOW at their ISO certified facility and meets stringent standards. The M240-SLR barrel is manufactured in-house and are proof fired and magnetic particle tested for function and accuracy.
The M240-SLR still retains simple break-down with two tools. All other actions as the barrel change, loading, feed cover functions remain the same.
