The MCX platform has long been SIG SAUERS breeding ground for developing the best rifle system in the world through extensive testing, continued innovation and customer feedback.

SIG SAUER introduces the MCX-SPEAR LT, based on its predecessor, the MCX Virtus the MCX-SPEAR LT has a lightened handguard with attachment screws for additional rigidity and a lightened profile barrel with improved accuracy.

Other features of the MCX-SPEAR LT include an ambidextrous bolt catch and release on its lower, coyote anodized finish, minimalist stock for maximum compact foldability and AR15 style trigger compatibility.

Conceived for the demands of the Special Operations community, the SIG SAUER MCX SPEAR from SIG SAUER is engineered for adaptability, sound suppression and longevity. Cold hammer-forged barrels are user-changeable and available in 5.56 NATO (11.5”) and 300 BLK (9”), offering the utmost in mission-specific flexibility.

SIG’s proven internal recoil system offers reduced recoil and a compact platform. To enhance accuracy, the SIG SAUER MCX SPEAR Pistol features the new Matchlite™ Duo trigger for crisp, clean feel.

The SIG SAUER MCX SPEAR is ready for any mission and designed to perform beyond 20,000 rounds without the need for replacement parts. To enhance accuracy, it features the Sig MatchLite Duo trigger, free-float M-Lok handguards, a full-length optics-ready top rail, and ambidextrous, AR-style controls.

The SIG MCX SPEAR model is engineered for adaptability, sound suppression, and longevity. It features a cold hammer-forged barrel, a tapered bolt lug design for smoother cycling and longer lasting bolt, folding SBX pistol stabilizing brace, and Sig’s proven internal recoil system with the added benefit of eliminating the M4-style buffer tube.
