The Vang Comp 559 uses a Remington 870 Pump-Action with Vang Comp enhancements. Features include an 18.5″ VCS barrel mod with ports, VCS stainless steel follower, VCS dome head safety, Vang Comp “Express” reliability service and inspection, Trak-Lock II fiber optic ghost ring sights and 5 shot capacity. 
 
The Vang Comp “Express” Reliability Service and Inspection includes polished chambers, properly staked shell latches, gauged and timed forend tubes, polished bearing surfaces, flush ejector rivets and tuned ejector spring.
